This policy explains how Jewels by Jane handles information connected with this website and inquiries made through it. The online inquiry practices below apply when requests are enabled.
Information we collect
When online requests are enabled, we collect the name, preferred reply method, and email address or phone number you provide, along with your jewelry interest. You may also share a budget, timeline, message, and preferred appointment date or time. We receive the piece or page context connected to your request and a limited set of source or campaign tags. Please do not include payment card details, passwords, identification documents, or other sensitive information in a message. No visitor account is required.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, understand your preferences, and manage your request and related follow-up. Accepted online requests are stored in the private Jewels by Jane CRM and are available to authorized team members. Submitting an appointment preference does not confirm a booking; Jane or her team will confirm the next step with you.
Website and security information
Limited technical information, such as network address, browser information, request timing, and error information, may be processed to deliver the website, prevent abuse, limit repeated requests, and maintain reliable operation. The inquiry service uses a protected network identifier for rate limiting. Limited page and campaign context is held in memory while you browse. Inquiry details are not saved in browser storage. This version has no advertising pixels, session replay, or analytics. Hosting and access-protection services may use cookies or similar technology needed to operate and secure their services.
Service providers
We use Vercel for website hosting and Supabase for the database supporting our private CRM. These providers process information needed to provide and secure those services. We do not give public website visitors access to CRM records. We do not sell personal information or use inquiry details for unrelated advertising.
Retention
We retain inquiry and customer information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, manage customer relationships, maintain appropriate business records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. The period depends on the information and its purpose. You may contact us to ask about information we retain or request deletion. Some records may need to be kept for business or legal reasons; deletion may not be immediate from backups.
Your choices
You can choose which optional details to share and use the public phone or email instead of an online form. Email jewelsbyjane7@gmail.com to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or tell us how you prefer to be contacted about your request. Jane’s team handles privacy requests manually and may need to verify that the request is yours before sharing or changing information.
Marketing in this version
Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to promotional messages. This website version does not sign you up for marketing texts, WhatsApp campaigns, or email marketing. If we offer promotional subscriptions in the future, we will explain them separately and request any necessary consent.
Third-party links
Links to Yelp, Instagram, and Google Maps take you to services with their own privacy practices. Opening those links may share technical information with the destination service. We do not send your inquiry form details to those services. Please review their privacy notices when using them.
Children’s privacy
